50-year-old building, no elevator, top floor (3). Some renovations done but a lot still to do. Brandon transformed my ideas and problems, mainly electrical. As we went along, we shared with the electrician, the plumber, and the floor master. Speaking of which, that floor went smoothly, metals all in place on time. The one thing that helped me the most was the quick interaction with everyone involved, and everyone made one or more suggestions that I used to make my concept better. Everything was explained to me, where to stop and where to invest more, and why. It was a very good experience, and I have learned/saw things. Well orchestrated with professionals in attitude, knowledge, and pride. Great final product.

This included a total repaint of the 700 sq ft unit, rewiring abandoned electrical circuits, installation of 3 pot lights, 2 ceiling fans, removing old appliances and installing new ones, including a dishwasher, and a brand new German bar-style kitchen sink. The bathroom now has a rain shower and bathroom fan. They put together furniture, painted the balcony, and built a new cover for the water heating system. I’m very satisfied with everyone involved in this place. Thank you.

Jordan did excellent work, provided the costs upfront, and stayed on schedule. He cleaned up the worksite when the job was complete. I would definitely use him again.

Backstreet Concrete was over to assess my walkway project within a week of contacting them. They were easy to work with in a multi-trade project. At the same time, I had another company that installs sidewalk heating systems organize to have a pipe bed incorporated into the sidewalk. The job worked out perfectly. Looks really good.
